| The staff at Gene's auto repair was very friendly (warm and welcoming). They repaired my car in a resonable amount of time. The facilities/grounds were very clean and seemed very secured. Finally I really appreciate the fact that they shuttled me from my home to the auto shop to retrieve my car since I did not have a ride. | ||

| Have had four different cars worked on at this shop over the course of a couple years. They are hands down the cleanest, best, and nicest shop in Vallejo. Not the cheapest, but without a doubt worth the extra few bucks for the integrity and service. | ||

| I took my Ford Ranger into Gene's because I suspected I had a failed wheel bearing and needed new breaks. The staff was friendly and efficient getting my truck looked at. They were thorough and detailed with the inspection (which helps as I am now aware of additional things I will eventually have to fix). The cost was reasonable and they gave me options and advice that were helpful. | ||

| Last week I called Gene's Auto Repair for an appointment to have my car serviced, spoke to a lovely young lady who explained in detail what services the shop offers, procedures, etc, and was immediately given an appointment for the following day. When I arrived at the shop, I was promptly greeted by a friendly staff, offered a cup of tea, and they explained what diagnostics they were going to perform on my Jeep. An hour later my car was serviced and up and running in tip top condition. The service was exceptional and professional. Best people in the entire town! I'm already planning on returning, and have already recommended them to friends and family. | ||

| I would definitely go back. I feel they were fair, honest and upfront about all charges and why. The women in the office had a great attitude. At some other businesses staff seem to act as though they wish you were't there. Not here, easy to talk to, sense of humor down to earth people. | ||

| Having just moved to Vallejo, I was in need of a new place to take my car, & circumstances forced the issue. I have only ever felt so taken care of at my old mechanic's shop, & it took me months to find him. What a great stroke of luck this was! Friendly, personable, knowledgable staff (that's you, Sherry!), reasonable to work with me in terms of the costs, overall the experience was brilliant. | Went in for a diagnostic because my engine fan was running while the car was off, basically would run until the battery died if I let it. Anyhow, of course, it did not do it when I took it in (I scared my car by bringing it in is what the lady behind the counter said :-) ) But the customer service I received was SO GREAT!!!!! Way better than ANY other shop in the area! I will definitely return for any other problems I may encounter with my car! Thanks Gene's Auto!! | ||
