| My Honda was brought into Certified Automotive because I felt that it was "drifting" to one side and had an intermittent wheel hop. The staff road tested the car and verified the "drift". This was corrected with small adjustments to the alignment. The wheel hop was found to be a balancing weight that was loosely attached to the wheel and was moving. A complete wheel balancing solved the problem. | ||

| I was completely impressed when I walked in the front door. The staff is so genuinely friendly. They had complimentary drinks, a warm and inviting seating area that was CLEAN. My three year old son played with the toys. There were so many different magazines to read. They even had candy out(that always keeps a kid happy). Also, the office is not your typical mechanic office. It does not smell and it is not dirty. I raved about it to my husband. Taking my SUV in for service was not a hassle and my little boy was entertained---pure delight! | ||
